# What You’ll Use:
→ Citrus
01 - 3 large lemons, juiced (approximately 3/4 cup juice)
→ Roots & Spices
02 - 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
03 - 2-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped, or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
04 - 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
→ Liquid
05 - 1 cup filtered water
→ Sweetener
06 - 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
# How-To:
01 - Add lemon juice, chopped ginger, chopped turmeric or ground turmeric, filtered water, freshly ground black pepper, and sweetener if desired to blender
02 - Blend on high speed until mixture reaches smooth consistency
03 - Pour blended mixture through fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into bowl to remove pulp and achieve clear liquid
04 - Pour strained liquid into ice cube tray compartments, filling each evenly
05 - Freeze for minimum 2 hours or until completely solid
06 - Pop out 2 cubes per serving and dissolve in warm water, add to smoothies, or consume as concentrated wellness shot
