# What You’ll Use:
→ Steak & Marinade
01 - 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
→ Aromatics & Herbs
06 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
→ Optional Garnish
10 - Lemon wedges, for serving
# How-To:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to coat and let marinate at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
02 - Preheat a large skillet, preferably cast iron, over medium-high heat until hot.
03 - Arrange the steak cubes in a single layer in the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Sear undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn and cook for an additional 2 minutes until browned and just cooked through.
04 - Reduce the heat to medium. Push steak bites to one side of the pan. Add butter and minced garlic to the empty side, stirring constantly until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
05 - Toss steak bites with the melted garlic butter, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and thyme. Combine well to evenly coat.
06 - Transfer steak bites to a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately.
