01 - 1/3 cup heavy cream, cold
02 - 2 tbsp 2% milk, cold

# How-To:

01 - Add heavy cream, 2% milk, and vanilla syrup into a tall, narrow glass or milk frother.
02 - Use a handheld milk frother, electric whisk, or shake vigorously in a sealed jar for 30 to 60 seconds until thick, smooth, and doubled in volume.
03 - Spoon the cold foam gently over iced coffee or cold brew and serve immediately.

  • The texture is somehow lighter than whipped cream but richer than steamed milk
