# What You’ll Use:
→ Bread & Cheese
01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
→ Chicken
03 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
→ Hot Honey
04 - 2 tbsp honey
05 - 0.5 to 1 tsp red chili flakes
→ Additional
06 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste
# How-To:
01 - Combine honey and red chili flakes in a small bowl, stirring until well blended. Set aside.
02 - Lay out the four sourdough slices and spread softened goat cheese evenly on one side of each slice.
03 - Distribute shredded chicken over two slices with goat cheese, then drizzle each with hot honey, reserving a small amount for serving if desired. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
04 - Top with the remaining bread slices, cheese side down, to form two complete sandwiches.
05 - Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.
06 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
07 - Remove sandwiches from heat, slice in half diagonally, and drizzle with additional hot honey if desired. Serve immediately.
