08 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
09 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

11 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
12 - ½ tsp salt

# How-To:
01 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Add chicken pieces to the marinade, toss to coat evenly, and let rest for 10 minutes or up to 1 hour for enhanced flavor.
03 - Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high temperature.
04 - Alternate threading chicken, red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers evenly.
05 - Cook skewers for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables show slight charring.
