01 - 16 cherry tomatoes
02 - 16 fresh basil leaves

03 - 16 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)

04 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

# How-To:

01 - Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly. Pat them dry using paper towels.
02 - Drain the mini mozzarella balls from their liquid to remove excess moisture.
03 - Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball onto each small skewer or toothpick.
04 - Place all assembled skewers neatly on a serving platter.
05 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the arranged skewers.
06 - Lightly sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper over the skewers. Serve immediately.
